FDM
Fused-deposition 3D printing. Overhangs, thin walls, bridging, tip-over stability, fastener compensation.
SLA
Resin 3D printing. The FDM checks above, plus trapped-resin and drain-hole detection.
CNC machining
Tool access, internal corners, deep and narrow pockets.
Injection moulding
Draft angle, wall uniformity, undercuts.
Casting
Draft angle, wall uniformity, undercuts, for sand, die and investment casting.
Sheet metal
Bend radius, hole placement, flange length, bend relief.
